Safety centre
Swap the cards. Protect the person.
Use aliases and in-app chat while you decide. Reveal only the contact detail you need, only after both people approve the same proposal.

Before agreeing
- Check every card number and quantity in the current proposal.
- Discuss condition honestly, especially damage, alterations, or missing packaging.
- Keep email, phone, address, payment data, and social handles out of chat.
- Do not continue if someone asks you to bypass the two-sided reveal.
Meeting or shipping
Meet during daylight in a staffed public place and tell someone where you are going. Do not meet at a home. For shipping, use tracked delivery, photograph the package, and never send money or gift cards as part of an exchange arranged as a card swap.
Block and report
Cancel a room at any time. Reporting preserves the room reference for review; blocking prevents new matches and ends the active room. For threats, stalking, fraud, or immediate danger, preserve evidence and contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
Privacy mechanics
One person’s approval never unlocks contact details. Both approvals must point to the same immutable proposal version. A changed proposal requires both people to approve again. Cancelling revokes active contact access grants.
Adults only
Swapcard is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not create an account for a child.
