The service

Swapcard.app helps adult collectors record and photograph physical cards, optionally publish a wanted list or join privacy-thresholded collection leaderboards, find reciprocal matches, communicate under aliases, and mutually reveal selected contact details. We are not a party to a swap, do not hold cards or money, and do not guarantee condition, authenticity, delivery, or completion.

Demo, price, and renewal

The payment-free demo starts once when onboarding is completed and lasts 15 days. It does not request a payment method or convert automatically. When it ends, your collection remains available read-only with export, deletion, unpublishing, and checkout controls.

Annual membership costs €10 per year, including applicable tax shown at checkout, and starts only after you explicitly confirm Stripe Checkout. It renews annually until cancelled. You can cancel in the billing portal at any time and retain access through the paid-through date. Mandatory withdrawal, refund, and consumer rights in your country remain unaffected; contact support@swapcard.app for a statutory withdrawal or billing correction.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and inventory information and keep credentials secure.
• Offer only items you may lawfully exchange and describe their condition honestly.
• Do not scrape, spam, harass, impersonate, evade blocks, manipulate matches, or share another person’s contact details.
• Do not manipulate leaderboards, upload photos you are not entitled to use, or publish personal information in card imagery.
• Use safe public meeting locations or tracked shipping and never send payment because another collector pressures you.

Content and catalogs

You keep rights in messages, card photos, and other content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to sanitize, store, transmit, moderate, and display it according to your visibility choices. A public wanted URL can be copied by its viewers even though we mark it unlisted and ask search engines not to index it. Catalog names may identify compatible collections; third-party marks and card artwork belong to their respective owners.

Safety and moderation

We may investigate reports, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or remove content to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Report urgent danger to local emergency services. Platform reporting is not an emergency channel.

Service availability

We maintain and improve the service to provide reliable access. Planned maintenance, security work, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may cancel annual renewal, unpublish optional features, download a self-service account-data copy, or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion also cancels an attached active Stripe subscription before account data is removed. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches. Provisions that logically survive termination, including safety, intellectual property, billing, disputes, and lawful record retention, remain effective.

Law and contact

Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Belgian courts have jurisdiction where the law permits. Questions can be sent to support@swapcard.app.
